General information

Hotel properties do have minimum age restrictions to check-in to a room. It is the responsibility of the guest to confirm age restrictions directly with the hotel.

Rules for children vary by hotel. We recommend that you disclose the number of children per room at time of booking and provide their correct ages upon request to avoid unexpected charges at check-in.

Meal offerings vary by hotel and room rate booked. We recommend that you confirm meal options at time of booking or contact the hotel ahead of check-in to clarify available options during your stay and the cost, if any.

Payment & Refund

Check if the extra charges are for the deposit or the tax fee which should be paid on spot to front desk directly? If hotel extra charged you for the room fee,please keep any necessary invoices or payment proof and contact us, We will resolve the issue with the hotel and refund you as soon as possible.

You can use any one of the credit card payment methods below to make a booking :Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Googlepay, Applepay

Refunds typically take 3– 7 business days to post back to your account , depending on your bank. Sometimes, you won't see a refund, you will just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days as if it hasn't happened. If it takes any longer than this, we recommend checking with your bank as release time frames vary from bank to bank. Pls don't hasitate to contact us to if need further assistance


We can’t change the dates or guest names on a confirmed booking for security reasons, but we can contact the property on your behalf to request this change in their system. Do you still need our assistance? pls contact us, and we will do our best to help. Please note: If it is a refundable booking, you can cancel this one on our website and make a new reservation for the desired new dates. If your booking is non-refundable, or past the free cancellation and change deadline, the property may not allow amendment , please check with us via phone or email for help


If it is a refundable booking , you can cancel the booking online if it is within the cancellation policy. You may access your booking through the email link provided, and click the "Cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process. Alternatively, you may visit our homepage, click on "Find Booking" to locate your booking, and then click the "Cancel" button to cancel the reservation. If you encounter any issues, you may contact our customer service team for assistance by including your order number in an email request or via phone. We can assist you in cancelling the booking manually. If it is a non-refundable booking and you have some special reasons, including any force majeure occasions. you will need to reach us and provide supporting documents, they will try best to help you.

Once the booking is cancelled successfully, you will see the status of the booking change to “Cancelled” online, and an automatic notification email will be sent to your email address.

If you do not cancel your reservation you will be charged for the entire stay.


Double-check that you have selected the right deal, room type, and dates. Fill in your personal details. Please note the name will have to be the same as the name of the person checking in. We’ll send a confirmation to the email address you provide If you have any special requests, you can enter . Enter your payment details. Review the cancellation conditions, property fees, and instructions once more. Click “confirm payment” to complete your booking. Once the booking is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your booking details. If you didn't recieve the confirmation email ,pls check your junk box firstly or pls contact us,we will resend the confirmation email to you

To bring you the best deal, we offer rates from multiple travel partners and use real-time data which are continuously updated. While we do our best to update all changes instantly, it can sometimes take a few moments. This is why, in rare cases, you can see a certain price, but after being redirected to our partner's site, or before getting to the checkout part of our site, it's no longer available. This is because the pricing or availability has changed in the meantime. Although the price and availability are not secured until a booking is created, we’ll always let you know about the final pricing before completing your payment.

Once you book a hotel, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email address of your account, including the reference number of your confirmed reservation. Is the hotel not seeing your reservation yet? This is because some hotels enter reservations into their system based on the arrival date. It may take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of days. Are you arriving within 24~48 hours and they do not yet have a record of your booking? We understand that this can feel worrying, and we will gladly reach out to them to have them register it faster. Please be assured that we will try their best to help you in this case. Usually, you will receive this email within 10 minutes once the reservation is made successfully. Please make sure to check the spam folder of your email in case the confirmation email ends up there,or pls contact us,we could help to resend the confirmation email to you

You can view the booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. Go to our homepage and click "Find Booking" to view your reservation. Contact our customer service team by email with your reservation ID, or give us a call.

We will inform the hotel about your special requests if possible. However, please be aware that the special requests cannot be guaranteed. It will be subject to the hotel’s availability.

Pricing & Property Details

We get our prices/data from multiple providers, which can sometimes lead to inaccuracies. Please send us email to us including the following details: What is the name of the hotel? When did you first and last notice this disparity? What are the check-in and check-out date of the observed disparity? Please provide a screenshot and/or link to this disparity. Tell us your affiliation with the establishment providing us with your full name, title, and phone number. What is the disparity or complaint that you are seeing? Please provide any additional comments or information you'd like us to be aware of. Please be informed the investigation will take 7 - 14 days.
